Finally back! Here is the problem for this week.
A dog is tied with an 80 foot rope to the corner of a building which measures 60 by 100 feet. Through how many square feet does the rope allow the dog to roam?

the only reason i am going to say it is 240 feet is because i added the 100 plus 60 then added another 80 and came up with the answer of 240 feet.

I think its 240 square feet. you basically draw out a picture and work it out from there.

I go 4800ft because the dog chain is only 80 ft so you can't yous the 100 because its to long so i took 80 of those and multiplied it by 60 to my square ft.

I think its 240 feet.. Adding all three numbers together gets you the answer!!:)

I think that if you add 100 + 80 + 60, you can get the answer. If so, the answer is 240 sq. ft.

For the answer i got 240 sq. ft. i Added the 100 plus the 60 then i added 80 and got the answer 240. i think i did it correctly. It should be right but im not positive...
